					WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT
This agreement is between _________________________ (the Wedding Party) and Terry Armstrong (the Photographer). 1. The Wedding Party agrees to pay one of the following sums to the Photographer for photography services at the Wedding Party's ceremony in accordance with the stipulations of this agreement: a. Basic Photography Service: $425. Includes wedding day ceremony photography at one location, providing a minimum of 20 quality images (usually many more) on 3 compact discs. b. Full Photography Service: $800. Includes wedding day ceremony photography at one or two locations, providing a minimum of 20 quality images (usually many more) on 3 compact discs, and a wedding photography album with a minimum of 10 prints. 2. The Photographer will arrive at the ceremony location specified in the pre-contract questionnaire at a minimum of one hour prior to the start of the ceremony. Any changes to the date, time or location from this questionnaire must be clearly communicated and confirmed in writing (email is preferable). 3. The Photographer will provide a minimum of 20 quality digital images of the wedding ceremony and wedding party. Quality is defined as pleasing composition, proper focus and proper exposure. If the Photographer cannot provide this, all fees will be refunded, and the Wedding Party will receive one CD with select images. No other media (albums, etc) will be provided in this scenario. No other reparations will be made. 4. For the "Basic" option, the Photographer will attend only the location of the wedding ceremony and will not travel to a second location for follow-on activities. If additional activities such as cake-cutting occurs at the same location and immediately following the ceremony, the Photographer will remain for a reasonable length of time (approximately 30 minutes) to capture those activities. 5. For the "Full" option, the Photographer will attend up to two locations such as the wedding ceremony and the reception. Photography of the reception will include formal activities as agreed, such as cake cutting and speeches. Time will be limited to approximately 2 hours at the secondary location. 6. The Photographer will provide the digital wedding photos on 3 identical compact discs (3 copies) in jpeg format. The CDs will be mailed within 14 days (two weeks) to the address provided, unless other arrangements have been made. 7. For the "Basic" option, the Photographer will not provide hard-copy prints, albums or media other than the 3 CDs. For the "Full" option, the Photographer will also provide one wedding album with a minimum of 10 prints. 8. The Wedding Party agrees to make payment a minimum of two weekdays prior to the ceremony. For example, if the ceremony is on either a Saturday or a Sunday, payment would be made on or before Thursday. Failure to meet this deadline may forfeit the photography session. 9. Payment will be made in the form of cash, check or money order. No credit cards are accepted. A receipt for proof of payment will be provided. 10. The Wedding Party may cancel the photography for a full refund any time up to the day prior to the ceremony. If the photographer committed any time to photo activities prior to cancellation, such as travel to the reception, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged and no photos will be provided. 11. The Wedding Party agrees to allow the Photographer to use the wedding photos as necessary for promotional purposes. Any promotional uses will be in good taste and will not associate last names with the photos. 12. No other agreements have been made either oral or written beyond this agreement. Special requests or amendments to this agreement must be written on this agreement and signed or initialed by both parties with a date.
