Check the workshop(s) you are planning to attend. If you register for more than one workshop, please make sure that they do not conflict. Enrollment in each workshop is limited, so pre-registration is required. You will receive confirmation by e-mail, fax, or mail. Workshop fees are not included in the general conference registration fee. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Before October 16, there will be a $30 processing fee for cancellations. After October 16 and before November 11, a refund minus $120 may be requested.
