Some tips and guidance
These sites represent a guide to some of the resources available on the Internet. There are still plenty of other sites on the Internet for you to explore. A good starting point is to explore the links often found on recommended web-sites. Consider the type of information you are after and vary your search accordingly. If you are after the Nursing code of conduct then visiting the ENB site would be appropriate. If you are after an article then journal and database sites would be more appropriate. It is also best to stick to academic (ac), organisations (org) and government (gov) web-sites. These usually have some form of self-regulation. Be wary of commercial sites, they do contain some useful information but ultimately want you to part with some money. It is also useful to save sites that you regularly visit by using the “Favorites” or “Bookmarks” button on your web browser. Where to access the internet? At networked PCs that can be found at Libraries or Internet Study Points located around the County.

If we do not have a book that you want we can arrange an inter-library loan via The British Library.
