Thank you for your inquiry for possibly hosting your wedding at Noi-E-Voi. Included in this wedding portfolio, you will find all the necessary information that you require for planning your wedding. To make your day memorable and stress free, we offer you the following services:  A venue that can accommodate a maximum of 110 guests & a minimum of 70 guests.  A variety of menus to choose from.  Accommodation for guest coming from far.  Fully air-conditioned venue, with heating & cooling.  Chapel.  Large garden for your wedding photo’s.  Red carpet treatment.  Ample Parking Space. Chapel:

Prices are subjected to change with out prior notice and are excluding VAT Updated – 12th December 2006

Set-up, red carpet, podium, chairs, arches x2 (draping of inside of chapel and 1xarch) No Draping is allowed around rose bushes & a Priest is available on request. Only Rose petals, bubbles, butterflies & doves are allowed as confetti. Cost of Chapel is R900.00 excluding VAT

The Venue The Lapa Function Hall: Our enclosed country venue is perfect for weddings, with its romantic dim lights and the
draped windows. The Venue can accommodate a maximum of 110 guests & a minimum of 70. Should numbers be less than 70 pax – you would be required to pay for 70 guests. cost of the thatched Lapa venue R8500– 00 excluding VAT

Noi-E-Voi will Supply Waiters & 2 x Barman. Waiters will be allocated to more than one table. The venue is available to the bride 1 day before the wedding to do any final touch ups.

Noi –E - Voi does not do decorations, we lay out the tables & decorations are your own responsibility. We would be more than welcome to refer you to the professionals for your wedding needs. The venue for evening wedding is available to you from 14:00 to 00:00. (Guests are to leave 00:00) The venue for morning weddings is available to you from 9:00am to 14:00. (Guests are to leave 14:00) For evening weddings the bar closes strictly a 00:00. Please note the over time rates after for the rates stipulated above will be R1400.00 per hour, this does not included DJ’s over time. Extra’s: Overlays R 25.00 each Chair bows R 16.00 each Cake stand including candles R 550.00

Bar:

You have the choice of having a cash bar or provide a tab bar. Sparkling wine is R52.00 per bottle. (Non alcoholic sparkling wine can be arranged at R52.00 per bottle)Sangria is R 35.00 per jug and juice (orange or tropical punch) R 28.00 per jug. Bar prices are available on request. Wines & wine list are available on request.

After the ceremony you can have welcome drinks e.g. a sherry pyramid at R5.00 per tot of sherry or for morning weddings sparkling wine and orange juice R 8.00 per glass. Orange juice R5.00 per glass and sparkling wine is R6.50 per glass as welcome drinks only.

DJ

We have an exclusive in house dj but –If you use your own DJ, the DJ must be registered with SAMDA (South African Mobile Disco Association) or SAMRO (South African Musician Right Organization.) DJ Price for 2008 is R3500.00

Honeymoon Suite:

The honeymoon suite is there to pamper the bride before her wedding; we will set the room up with sparkling wine, candles, fruits, chocolates and rose petals, the next morning a full English breakfast for the couple only is provided. Check in time: 13:30 and check out time 10:00 next morning for evening weddings and for morning weddings check in time 7:00 am and check out 10:00am following morning. Honeymoon suite costs R950.00 excluding VAT, unfortunately the bride may not get dressed in the

honeymoon suite if the couple are not staying the night. Deposit, payment and terms

We require a R1500.00 deposit to secure date. This deposit can not be used to pay off any items on the day of function, nor is it deducted from your account. Any items outstanding i.e. bar are to be paid in full at the end of the function by cheque or credit card only. The deposit also serves as a breakage deposit, which will be refunded to the client 14 working days after the function, If breakage’s occur, the value of breakage’s will be deducted from your deposit. Should breakages be more than the R1500.00 deposit – you will be required to settle full amount.

Deposit is not refundable on cancellation under any circumstances what so ever. 14 % Vat will be added on to your total account. No discount is given under any circumstances.

All damaged, burnt and candle-waxed overlays and tablecloths will be charged for accordingly: R 100.00 per overlay and R600.00 per tablecloth. Balance to be paid 4 working days before function with a bank guaranteed cheque or electronic transfer – no personal cheques will be accepted., Unfortunately we do not accept Credit card payments for weddings & functions However your deposit can be made by credit Card. Noi-E-Voi is a fully licensed venue – therefore no beverages will be consumed on the property if they are not purchased at our Bars. Any Beverages brought onto the property will be charged accordingly with a corkage fee. Corkage fee is at Noi-E-Voi’s Discretion. No smoking is permitted in the venues, Noi-E-Voi is a non- smoking zone. Smoking areas are outside and ashtrays are provided.

Buffet & menu’s

All crockery and cutlery on display at buffet. Enough food will be allocated as per pax on menu. Confirmation numbers- 4 working days before the function. Children from 6 – 12 years of age are charged half price & children from 0-5 years are free. Carvery chef on duty at all times, to assist at the buffet. Attached you will find three of our most commonly used menu’s; with these menu’s you are given the opportunity to create a menu that suits your needs and budget. Please do not hesitate to ask your co-ordinator for other menus that we cater for, from breakfast menus to Italian style antipasto.

The traditional choice is still a rich fruitcake filled with almonds, cherries, raisins, spices and brandy, all encased in decorative icing.
