Adams LR 5 says that Family Court proceedings are heard "on special arrangement." The meaning of this rule is unclear. LR 6 contains a number of FL specific rules. These include LR 6 A "Marriage dissolutions"requires vital statistics form, LR6B which allows finalization without appearance in dissolution cases, LR6C which requires delivery of final decree, LR6D which requires that all CS payments be processed by the state, LR6E which requires pre-trial statement, LR6F which addresses motion procedure and LR6G which specifically requires personal appearance at show cause hearings and requires 5 days notice of such hearing.
