‘Meet your Account Manager’ Executive Lunch event
The next ‘Meet your Account Manager’ Executive Lunch event takes place on Tuesday 3 June 2008 at BT Tower, London.

The ‘Meet your Account Manager’ Executive Lunch programme of events has been running successfully now for a number of quarters. The lunch provides you and your customers with the opportunity to meet face to face in a social environment.

The event will help:   Enhance your existing relationship with your customer by engaging with them in a face to face environment Improve win ratings and drive deal closure

Time 12.00 12.30 – 12.45 15:00  Activity Customer arrival, registration and champagne reception Lunch is served Event closes

There will be a pre-event briefing for Hosts at 11:00am on the morning of the event. A Host Briefing confirming details of the event will be distributed nearer to the event.

Because spaces at this event are strictly limited, invitations will be coordinated by NADINE HOFFMAN on 0870 1148456 Please discuss the proposed invitation with Nadine prior to inviting your customer. Once you have the go-ahead to invite your customer please use the e-mail invitation template provided with this brief as well as speaking direct to your customer. It is important to closely monitor customer acceptances as spaces at the event are strictly limited and cannot be exceeded. Once your customer has confirmed their attendance please register them on the booking web site as follows:     go to locate event by going to the relevant date (3/6/08) on the Calendar for the relevant event click on 'book here' then enter: username: btbusiness password: events123 complete the booking form and press 'submit' button.

Once registered, your customer will immediately receive an automated email confirming their place at the event. Approximately one week before the event your customer will receive final details including a map and full agenda, also via email. At least one week before the event please make a confirmation call to your customers to ensure they still plan to attend. If at any time your customer cancels or there is an amendment to a booking please e-mail ASAP.    Please correctly enter the customer’s email address – this is important as event information is emailed to customers Please ensure that there are still places available before inviting your customer. Do not input two customer names into one vacant space.

There are 6 tables available at the event, each seating 10 people usually made up of 7 customers and 3 BT hosts per table.

Confirmed customer bookings should be registered at the latest two weeks before the event to allow time for confirmation emailings to be sent.
