The first day of the meeting will be held in the Izrael Poznański's Palace, one of the most spectacular examples of the prosperity of the Lodz “steam engine” industrial era. The Conference Centre is also providing one of the three accommodation options recommended by organizers. The prices of rooms for the conference participants will be around 25 – 30 Euro per person. Prices for rooms for the conference participants will be around 80 – 100 Euro and 50 - 75 Euro for QUBUS*** Hotel and Campanile** Hotel respectively. Both hotels are placed in the city center and close to the high street of Lodz called Piotrkowska. It takes approximately 10 minutes by taxi to get to the Conference Centre from Campanile Hotel and about 15 minutes from QUBUS Hotel. City tram is an option, but is a little bit more time consuming. The Training and Conference Centre of the University of Lodz and Campanile** Hotel offers accommodation discount for conference participants. The final discount level will be related to the final number of reservations. Due to the discount opportunity the organisers strongly recommend that the participants fill in the attached Registration Form as soon as possible and send it back to the Conference Coordinator (e-mail: by 29 February 2008.
