Product Application Instruction Chart
At the start of heat seal operations prewarm the bottom plate, by resting the hot top plate on it for about a minute.

For products on Green or Pink Tape Carrier: Remove the underside protective liner sheet. For PSA and Permanent PSA products also remove individual liners as described in the next line. Note: Edge fraying of twill, diamond twill and metallic can occur unless either laser cut or embroidery sewn.

Twill USA Adhesive Summary
P600, 1.5mil Backing for most fabrics (not suitable for most nylons), does NOT provide a permanent bond, gives some anti-fray and stiffening and a smooth surface for spray tack-down adhesives. Permanent backing for most fine thread fabrics (not suitable for nylons). Does NOT prevent fraying of edges with wear, laser cutting stops this on some fabrics.
