Wayside Incentive Program

Eligible - All WSTG Teams

Time Period: July 1-Sep 30 2008

Background: Raffle chances for reinforced behaviours outside of closed sales alone keeps whole team engaged (reps won't give up because 1 person closes large deal) NOTE: For raffles - once you win, you are disqualified from further raffles (gives more people chance at cash!) Goal: FOCUS on INCREASING SALES, pure and simple! :) How Funded? Event/Award Action/What to Measure Ind/Team Method Tracking Notes/Ideas All bundle units will be considered on a weekly basis. 1 chance per bundle sold of any product. Each week 1 Shuffle will be given away per division. (Once you win, you cannot win again in a weekly drawing). Then everyone that sells even 1 bundle gets put in a single drawing for a Nano (1 ticket/chance per NAME of anyone that sells even 1 bundle during the month - everyone has equal chance in Nano drawing) Minimums

POS Reports

MINIMUM for weekly drawing: Must be a bundle sold for any Acresso product line. MINIMUM for month-long drawing: Must have sold at least 1 bundle 8/1-8/31/08 to get a single ticket in the drawing.

Resale Incentives (Programmer's, Programmer's GovEd, TechXtend - both US and Canada): For every unit sold, WSTG sales reps receive a per unit payout: Resale reps (PP/TXTD) $20/unit. Payout per sales rep starts at FIRST UNIT SOLD POS Report - no minimums required! Report would have to show who sold by units and dollars. For every unit of Acresso products or services sold, sales rep gets ticket toward raffle. Once this prize is awarded, that winner is not eligible for the other raffles. One ticket for first unit, and then every 5th unit gets a new ticket (i.e., if rep sells 7 units, they will have 2 tix towards drawing; if a rep sells 11 units, they will POS Report have 3 tix in drawing, etc.) Report would have to show who sold by units and dollars. For every unit of Acresso products or services sold, sales rep gets ticket toward raffle. Once this prize is awarded, that winner is not eligible for the other raffles. Acresso Software Inc. reserves the right to amend any part of this program at its own discretion at any time. Representative must be employed at the time of incentive payout to receive any payments or awards. Sales teams who support set list of customers or partners will be responsible for splitting all their team's winnings. Payouts scheduled to be paid within 45 days of final day of incentive time period.
