SPECIAL NOTE: All Exhibits must be staged by 9.00 a.m. on Thursday May 7 Pot Plants, Hanging Baskets and Orchids Must be staged by Wednesday night May 6 at 7.30 p.m. ENTRIES CLOSE: 8.30 a.m. Thursday May 7 Judging will commence at 9.30 a.m. Thursday May 7 PRIZE MONEY: First $3, Second $2 (unless otherwise stated) ENTRY FEE: 50c REGULATIONS 1. Exhibitors are requested to note that Judges will commence their work punctually and Exhibits not in position will not be considered. 2. Exhibits may be removed between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sunday 3. With the exception of the Floral Section (Classes 121 - 153), all Exhibits must have been grown by the Exhibitor. Pot Plants must be the property of the Exhibitor for three (3) months and size of plants and pots must balance. Orchids must be owned and in possession of the Exhibitor for 6 months. 4. Cut Flowers and Floral work will be staged in Bottles and Vases supplied by the Society. Bowls front view. Vases and Jugs to be supplied by the Exhibitor. 5. Hanging Baskets to be judged according to foliage and growth. 6. Exhibitors may enter more than one exhibit in each class. 7. The Society will take every reasonable care of all Exhibits in its possession, but will not be responsible for any damage thereto or loss thereof. 8. In hearing of all protests arising out of entries not being in accordance with the rules of the Society. The decision of the Committee shall be final. 9. All background Material used in the Displays to be in position and completed by 9.30 p.m. Tuesday, prior to show.
