CAKE STALL TODAY: There will be a sale of cakes after each Mass today. Diocesan Year Books are on sale from Joan in the Repository. Cost: £3.50 each. Used Postage Stamps: Support the Missions by leaving your used postage stamps at the Repository. The money obtained is used to pay for catechists for missionary work. Out of the mouths … A mother was preparing pancakes for her sons, Kevin and Ryan. The boys began to argue over who would get the first pancake. Their mother saw the opportunity for a moral lesson. “If Jesus were sitting here, He would say, ‘Let my brother have the first pancake, I can wait’. Kevin turned to his younger brother and said, “Ryan, you be Jesus!”

Sympathy: Our Parish community offers sympathy to the family of Linda Emery who died peacefully at home last Tuesday. May she rest in peace. The Funeral Mass will take place here on Tuesday, December 12 at 11.00am followed by burial at Holly Hill Cemetery. St Margaret Mary Pre-School Christmas Shopping Experience; A very big thank you to everyone who supported our Christmas Shopping Experience. It was a really enjoyable evening, despite the horrible weather and £500 was raised to buy new safety mats for the children. Thank you very much from all at St Margaret Mary PreSchool Christmas Hampers for needy families: Once more we call upon your generosity for gifts of festive food, gifts for men, women and children.
