SMOKING REGULATION Smoking is prohibited in the following locations: Beach, Play Areas, Restroom/Changing Areas, and Pavilion, as per ordinance and posted signs.

RULES & REGULATIONS

GENERAL RULES AND CONDUCT  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON LAKE PROPERTY.  We RECYCLE, so please use the trash cans and recycling buckets.  An adult badge holder MUST accompany children under the age of 12. More than 6 children must be accompanied by more than one adult.  Water will be closed during inclement weather. Non-aquatic games will remain open, except when lightening is present.  Employees will enforce all rules. Guards may ask you to leave for rules infractions. Any unsafe act may result in loss of membership.  No pets are allowed on Lake Property. (Except for “Seeing Eye” Animals.)  The picnic tables on the pavilion or the park benches along the walkway cannot be reserved.  Please do not sit on the backs of benches or the tops of tables (ping-pong or picnic).  Profanity will not be tolerated. There will be immediate suspension!  No running or rough play. Sand throwing and chicken fights are not allowed.  No unsanitary acts allowed including spitting, littering, etc.

 Clothing must be worn by children while on lake property. Please use the changing room when dressing your child.  Everyone must wear bathing attire while using the shower.  Children in diapers MUST wear swimming diapers. These are available for sale at the Concessions Building.

WATER SAFETY AND SECURITY  Parents/Guardians – please supervise your children while they are in the water or roaming the lake properly.  Lifeguards are required to promote unquestionable water safety at all times. If a lifeguard does not allow a swimmer to go to the larger float, NO ONE may overrule that lifeguard. Adults do not have the option to state that they will accompany the child. Children must be tested each season for permission to use the large float.  No LOITERING around GUARD STATIONS. Please do not carry on conversations with the guards, your safety is their main concern.  Bathing suits MUST be worn by any person who enters the water. Cut off shorts, gym shorts, body suits, thongs and T-shirts are not allowed – There will be no exceptions to this rule. No one may enter the water in any other attire.  Flotation gear will be used in the beginners’ area only. Guards may not permit flotation gear when the area is crowded.  Use of SNORKELS is never allowed. Masks and flippers may be used only in the beginners’ area.  No swimming with contagious or infectious conditions.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.  Please chain and lock your bicycles to the bicycle rack. You may be asked to relocate your bike if necessary.

ADMISSION POLICIES  Only MEMBERS or PAYING GUESTS may enter.  Resident household registration is $50.00 per season. Persons eligible under the Household plan include Husband/Wife, Partner (name must appear on deed, lease, tax bill, etc.) and all children: natural, adopted, or under documented custodial care who are unmarried and residing at the above address. Nonresident household registration is $100.00 per season.  Membership badges must be worn visibly at all times. Badges may not be loaned to other individuals. Violation of this policy will result in suspension.  There will be a $5.00 replacement charge for each lost membership badge. No exceptions and no refunds.
