What is the course about? An introduction to Foot Reflexology and its many health benefits combining demonstration and practice. What knowledge do I need before I start the course? No prior knowledge is required by the start of the course, only a desire to find out more about this relaxing subject. The course is designed for health care workers, beauty therapists and any other person who does not know much about hand reflexology but would like to find out more. If you would like to do the ITEC Reflexology course, this course gives some of the basic knowledge needed. How will I benefit and what will I achieve?
