The program will feature a morning panel of developers and community officials who will provide an overview of successful retail projects and innovative real estate techniques that have been used in their respective communities. Governor Dave Heineman will discuss current state initiatives that will profoundly impact the retail real estate community during the luncheon keynote session. Following the Governor’s report, there will be a retailer panel that will highlight what retailers look for when making site selection decisions. Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss the projects and information that is presented with retail developers, tenants, and economic development staff. The ICSC Alliance Program is designed for members of the public and private sectors to discuss current issues, network, and forge new relationships.
