BORGER COUNTRY CLUB PARTY AGREEMENT I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering the Borger Country Club for your event. We look forward to assisting you with your party plans and assure you that every attempt will be made to insure that you are 100% satisfied!! Following are a few policies and guidelines that must be followed at all events: An event deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve the ballroom. This will guarantee your date for your scheduled event. Deposit will be returned after inspection of club facilities. We ask that you return it to its original condition, including removal of all decorations and materials used to hang or hold decorations. (Nails, staples, etc..) NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ON TO CLUB PROPERTY, INCLUDING PARKING LOT. THIS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION AND CANCELLATION OF YOUR EVENT! All guests must remain in designated (rented) party areas. A “GUARANTEED” ATTENDANCE NUMBER MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CLUB OFFICE NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WE WILL PREPARE 5% MORE FOOD THAN GUARANTEED TO ALLOW FOR GUESTS WHO DID NOT RSVP. THE ORIGINAL NUMBER WILL BE CONSIDERED THE GUARANTEED NUMBER IF YOU FAIL TO ADJUST THE COUNT ON TIME. ALL MENUS MUST BE CONFIRMED ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO INSURE PROPER ORDER AND PREPARATION TIME. NO RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED CONFIRMED WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT AND EVENT DEPOSIT.
