SATURDAY PM Test entries CLOSE 30 minutes following the conclusion of the SATURDAY AM ED test in the following manner. Classes will close in the following order: Intro closes 30 minutes after the morning test is complete, Master, Senior, Junior and will close in half hour increments thereafter.

One entry form is required per dog per day. Dogs must be on leash or secure at all times except while testing. NO FLEXI-LEADS PERMITTED ON TEST SITE. Please bring weather appropriate gear. Tests are run rain or shine. In the event of natural disaster or other circumstances which may deem it too dangerous to safely hold the event, entry fees will not be refunded after the closing time for each class. Since bitches in season may not run, pre-entry fees will be refunded until closing time of the class. After a class closes, entry fees will not be refunded.
Please bring adequate water for your dogs as the snack bar is a long walk from the earthdog dens. No meals will be offered at this test site, but there is a snack bar located on Purina Farms.

RUNNING ORDER:
Dogs will be run in the order that entries are received with consideration given to dogs being handled by the same handler. The test committee reserves the right to modify the running order to keep the event running smoothly. AWARDS: Rosettes will be awarded for all qualifiers in Junior, Senior and Master Tests. Ribbons will be awarded for all qualifiers in Introduction to Quarry.

Senior Earthdog class is open only to dogs that have acquired the Junior Earthdog title before the closing of entries. Master Earthdog class is open only to dogs that have acquired the Senior Earthdog title before the closing of entries. Dogs may be entered into only one regular class each day except dogs which have earned the Master Earthdog title. Be sure to bring the information needed to complete the entry forms. A copy of the dog’s registration certificate contains the necessary information. Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY: Dogs must be six months of age or older and be registered with the American Kennel Club. Spayed and neutered dogs, dogs with Limited Registration, and dogs of an eligible breed that have been granted Purebred Alternative Listing /Indefinite Listing Privilege (PAL/ILP)are eligible to participate. Dogs that are blind and deaf shall not be eligible. Bitches in season shall not be eligible to enter the test. All dogs six months of age or older from the following breeds are eligible to participate in these Earthdog Events.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I agree to abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the American Kennel Club governing this Field Trial or hunting Test and any decisions made in accord with them, and I further agree that the dog is entered in and will be at this event at my own risk and that I will hold the event giving club, its members and agents free from liability for any claims arising out of the entry of the dog or its presence at the event. I (we) agree that any cause of action, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the entry, exhibition or attendance at the event between the AKC and myself (ourselves) or as to the construction, interpretation and effect of this agreement shall be settled by arbitration pursuant to the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. However, prior to arbitration all applicable AKC bylaws, rules, regulations and procedures must first be followed as set forth in the AKC charter and bylaws, rules, regulations, published policies and guidelines.
