Our recipe of listening to your needs has worked for us for over 35 years. There is a reason you will not see us in many Bridal Magazines. You’re invited to come in and tour one of our elegant ballrooms or perhaps to taste one of our Chef’s delectable Selections. There are several packages you can choose from that offer an affordable elegance that is unmatched on the South Shore.

Customized Wedding Package
 Wedding Coordinator  Personalized Maitre d’ Service  Exclusive Dressing Room  Photography Room  Exclusive room designed with your photography needs in mind.  Lantana provides complimentary hors d’ oeuvres, coffee, and champagne for the wedding party.  Full Three-Course Dinner A wide variety of elegantly and deliciously prepared first courses and entrees along with your wedding cake. The three-course dinner includes one first course selection, one entrée, and the standard Wedding Cake Service. Hors d’oeuvres can be added to this menu at an additional cost.  Toast Champagne or Wine Toast  Table Linens – Banquet length white or ivory linens.

Specialized Wedding Package

The fourcourse dinner includes two first course selections, one entrée, and the standard Wedding Cake Service. Hors d’oeuvres can be added to this menu at an additional cost.  Toast – Champagne or Wine Toast  Wedding Cake an exquisitely decorated wedding cake.  Table Linens Floor length white or ivory linens.  Gifts for the Wedding Couple silver-plated cake knife and champagne toasting glasses.  Overnight Accommodations Provided for the wedding couple subject to availability.  Floral Arrangements  For Wedding Attendants, see sales manager for details.  Hors d’ oeuvres served with white glove service during the Cocktail Hour with a selection of three hot hors d’oeuvres and two cold hors d’ oeuvres for your guests.  Bottles of Wine Two Bottles of house wine on every guest table to be served by our wait staff during dinner; poured or displayed.

First Course Selections
Crisp Garden Salad
A blend of romaine and iceberg lettuce garnished with carrots, cucumbers, red onions, and ripe garden tomatoes served with your choice of dressing.

Homemade Chicken Soup
Our hearty, all-white meat chicken soup with a mirepoix of fresh vegetables, pasta, and seasonings.

Chef Salad
Traditional garnishes of sliced turkey, ham, sharp cheddar, hard cooked egg; as well as mixed lettuce, cucumbers, tomato wedges and red onion slices.

New England Clam Chowder
This regional favorite is full of tender clams and potatoes in a thick broth made with real cream.

Minestrone Soup
Celery, carrots, onions and garlic sautéed; then simmered in our homemade beef stock, finished with seasoned ground meat, beans, cabbage and orzo pasta.

Baby Wedge Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, and crispy bacon, mixed with our house vinaigrette and topped with shaved red onion.

Italian Wedding Soup
Our seasoned house chicken stock finished with orzo pasta, escarole and mini meatballs.

Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine, crispy croutons, fresh grated Parmesan cheese and Lanatana’s special Caesar dressing.

Wedding Cake Service
Your wedding cake plate will be drizzled with sweet strawberry sauce or a decadent hot fudge sauce and crowned with a dollop of whipped cream.
A chocolate dipped strawberry or scoop of ice cream add $2.00 per person Delayed Coffee and Cake Service one hour after the meal add $2.95 per person

Butler Passed Hors d’Oeuvres
Butler Passed Appetizers will add that formal touch of elegance to any pre-dinner one-hour reception. The pricing on our Butler Passed Appetizers is based in conjunction with your main meal selection. If you would like to receive pricing for a stand-alone Hors d’Oeuvres reception our Catering Professionals would be glad to assist you in creating a package that would best suit your needs.

Olives, pepperocinis, radishes, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, stuffed cherry peppers, celery and carrots add $4.00 per person

Fresh Fruit Display
Seasonal fruit display of sliced sweet watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon and golden pineapple. Garnished with strawberries and bunches of red grapes add $4.00 per person

Antipasto Display
Thinly sliced Mortadella, Genoa Salami, proscuitto, sliced provolone, fresh mozzarella, marinated olives, tomatoes and roasted red peppers add $5.00 per person

Hors d’Oeuvres Packages
Our package selections are a great value! The higher tier you choose the more you save. These packages will insure that The Lantana satisfies your guests’ appetite immediately upon arrival. The combination of Butler Passed Appetizers and Chilled Display Items are a traditional crowd favorite. The pricing is based upon a (50) person minimum and all items are served unlimited for one hour. The pricing on all of our packages is based in conjunction with your main meal selection. If you would like to receive pricing for a stand-alone Hors d’Oeuvres reception our Catering Professionals would be glad to assist you in creating a package that would best suit your needs.

Bronze Package

2008 Wedding Terms
 All prices subject to current market fluctuations.  A 20% house charge will be added.  A 5% MA sales tax will be added.  Choice of one first course unless otherwise stated.  Additional items are $2.50 per person. Split entree menu selections $2.00 more per person.  A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required upon receipt of your contract.  Charges for certain wedding related services will be added to banquet dinner prices.  Additional $1,500 deposit is required six months prior to your wedding.  An estimated balance of 50% is due three months before your wedding.  Final payment is to be paid in full by a bank check fourteen days prior to your wedding.  A $65 per bartender fee will be applied to master bill. One bartender per 100 guests required.  The Touch of Elegance package is based on a minimum of 100 people.  Invitations – A 20% discount provided as a service.
Menu selections also include coffee, tea, rolls, and butter. Our chef will gladly meet with you to accommodate your special requests
Consumption of raw or undercooked meat, fish, or egg products may increase your risk of food borne illness.
