SIGALAS SANTORINI
(see-gah-las)

AEGEAN ISLANDS Paris Sigalas is one of Greece’s most highly regarded winemakers. His carefully crafted wines capture the essence of Santorini’s unique viticultural environment and the ancient varieties that grow there. The harsh landscape, maximum vine stress and dramatically low yields contribute to wines of intense structure. Santorini is increasingly mentioned in relation to the world’s leading white wine appellations. Sigalas has contributed greatly to this emerging awareness of the island’s importance.
