Breathing And Posture - Best Oxygen Uptake

’ Fill lungs base to apex. Empty apex to base. ’ Belly expands naturally. Breathe from CORE POINT in centre of lower ’ belly.
Posture - heels/toes equal, knees slightly bent, small of back flat. Stretch upper back, chin in. Foot position - step out exactly to width indicated, feet parallel and equal.

INHALE thru nose, EXHALE thru mouth (unless otherwise indicated).
