Contract for Service

 The Trio Dolce will wear dressy black colored clothing, unless otherwise specified.
 Available space for the musicians must be 8’ by 8’.  Armless, straight-backed chairs must be provided for all players.  The following conditions must be met, or the musicians have a right to refuse to perform:  The environment must protect our delicate and valuable instruments from sun, heat, moisture, and food and drink trays.  If the event is outdoors, a tent or overhead covering must be provided. The musicians have a right to select a suitable playing area.  If the temperature exceeds 95 degrees, fans must be provided for circulation; if the temperature is below 60 degrees, heaters must be provided. No misting system may be used near instruments.  Under no circumstances will the musicians perform in rain or snow.

Cancellation Policy:

 If the client cancels this contract AT LEAST two (2) weeks prior to the date of
performance, The Trio Dolce will charge no cancellation fee to the client. The deposit is non-refundable.

 If the client cancels this contract LESS than two (2) weeks prior to the date of
performance, the client agrees to pay 100% of the agreed upon wage to The Trio Dolce.

 Wedding service includes prelude music, wedding ceremony music and postlude music.  Wedding reception fees are determined by the hour. It is customary for the musicians to take a 10minute break per hour of playing.  All unscheduled overtime is to be paid at the rate of $90.00 per quarter hour.  In the unlikely event that the trio should cancel, the deposit will be refunded in full.
