Payment terms and conditions
Payment of the full course fee is due in advance of attending. Payments should be made by cheque or direct bank
transfer. We regret that credit or debit cards cannot be accepted. Where full payment has not been received (and
cleared) prior to commencement of the programme, delegates will not be allowed to attend the programme and will
be charged the full course fee in accordance with our cancellation terms. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to
commencement of the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full
course fee.

Courses will run subject to at least 5 delegates attending. Should there be less than 5 delegates up to 7 days prior to
the course, you will be offered an alternative date or have your fee refunded.
