Audience
The Conference will aim at an audience up to 120 persons from each of the OECD countries. Each organisation is invited to send a delegation of 2 or 3 persons of its most senior officers. Travel and accommodation costs will be borne by your organisation. The working languages will be English and French.

The rate of a double room is +/- 170 euros per night/per person including breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and VAT.

Access

By air The name of the airport in Åre is Ostersund – Froesoen (airport code OSD). All flights have to pass through Stockholm airport (Arlanda) and Copenhagen (Karstrup). From Arlanda airport (Stockholm) to Ostersund (Ǻre), on weekdays and Sundays there are 8 flights per day with two airlines : Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS) and Norwegian Shuttle. On Saturday, there are only three flight a day. And then by bus From Ostersund-Froesoen airport in Åre, there is one hour airport shuttle to the hotel. The hotel is taking care of the transportation between aiport and hotel. When you do your room booking, please don’t forget to specify your arrival and departure times.

Lunches
