DRESS REHEARSAL WILL BE SATURDAY, June 13th AT CLEARWATER CENTRAL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN THE AUDITORIUM - (THIS REHEARSAL IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PERFORMERS & VOLUNTEERS) – 9:30 AM – ALL VOLUNTEERS CHECKIN 9:45 AM-ROYAL YOUTH LEADS, ADV. MAJORS & ADULTS* *ALL PERFORMERS MUST ARRIVE WITH HAIR IN A BUN (NO BANGS) & MAKE UP DONE AS LISTED BELOW. 10:10AM-IS CHECK IN FOR ALL OTHER PERFORMERS (EXCEPT BABY DUCKS)-DRESSED, MAKE UP AND HAIR DONE IN A BUN (NO BANGS). 10:30AM-IS BABY DUCKS ONLY-DRESSED, MADE UP AND HAIR DONE IN A BUN (NO BANS). 11:00 AM – WE WILL TARGET STARTING AT 11:00 – ACT 1 WILL RUN, AND THEN ACT 2 AND SO ON. *ONCE YOUR CHILD HAS PERFORMED ALL HER/HIS ROLE/S THEY WILL BE EXCUSED FROM DRESS REHEARSAL. EVENING - SATURDAY, June 13th – 7:30 PM PERFORMANCE 6:00PM-ALL PERFORMERS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN AT THE JAMES B WHITE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR CHILD HAS A CHANGE OF CLOTHES AS YOUR COSTUMES WILL REMAIN BEHIND AFTER THE SHOW.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WILL BE AT THE DESIGNATED SOUTH SIDE OF THE AUDITORIUM – NEAR THE REAR OF BUILDING– LOOK FOR SIGNS. NO ONE WILL BE CHECKED IN OR OUT THROUGH THE LOBBY.

Dear Parents, Before dropping our child off at Clearwater Central Catholic High School, please be aware of the following: 1. BRING YOUR COSTUMES!!!! 2. Please feed your child lunch before the noon dress rehearsal and dinner before the 7:30 pm evening performance. 3. Your child must come with make-up already applied. Send make-up in bag with child’s name on it, especially their lipstick! Remember makeup remover. 4. Hair must be done. Bun for all girls – No bangs! Make sure to use plenty of gel and hairspray to prevent fly away hairs. Do not expect the room moms to ready your child. Touch-ups will be done where necessary. 5. Bring your child with his/her pink ballet tights on and dressed in easy to remove street clothes (think buttons & zippers). Bring extra tights in case of accidents. 6. Every girl that has changes is recommended to have a nude quick change leotard for privacy purposes. Every girl must wear pink tights and ballet shoes. 7. Don’t forget their ballet and/or tap shoes and ringlet curls, if applicable. 8. Please label everything your child will bring. All clothing, shoes, tights and accessories should be labeled in a conspicuous place. 9. No jewelry of any kind or nail polish on dancers. This includes toe nail polish for lyrical dancers who will be performing barefoot! 10.Children may bring water only to drink. 11. Please leave messy toys at home (no markers). 12.Costumes will be left at theater on Saturday night. . 13.Absolutely no parents will be allowed backstage unless they are volunteers with a badge, and working that particular performance. This is for the safety of your child!! 14.There will be no cameras or video cameras allowed backstage, unless permission was granted by Jessica Davies. Absolutely no photographic or video equipment in dressing rooms.
