your
assistance
and
ask
for
your
support
to
make
this
year’s
Halloween
Family
Fun
 Night
the
spookiest
ever!

Donations
are
very
much
needed
for
this
event.

The
below
 information
is
provided
for
your
consideration.
 
 Decorations
(borrowed
or
donated)
any
type
of
Halloween
decoration
would
be
appreciated
 (i.e.
black
and
orange
balloons
or
table
cloths,
wall
hangings,
Halloween
blow
up
items,
etc).
We
 want
to
make
the
Owl’s
Nest
look
spooky
for
the
occasion.

These
items
are
needed
 immediately
but
no
later
than
Oct.
16th,
as
we
need
to
determine
if
additional
decorations
 must
be
purchased.

Please
mark
borrowed
items
with
your
name
so
that
they
can
be
returned.

 Also,
committee
members
are
available
to
pick
up
items
or
they
can
be
dropped
off
at
school
to
 the
collection
box
located
outside
the
main
office.
 Snacks/Beverages/Prizes
–
each
class
is
being
asked
to
donate
according
to
the
below
list.


 
 K
and
1st
grade:

 Water/juice
boxes/chocolate
milk/novelty
items
to
be
used
for
prizes
 (such
as
tattoos,
or
little
toys.)

 
 2nd
and
3rd
grade:

 
Baked
goods
either
homemade
or
prepackaged
such
as
brownies,
cookies,
 donuts,
cupcakes,
or
rice
krispie
treats.

Please
also
feel
free
to
send
in
a
 healthy
alternative
snack
of
veggies
cut
up
in
bite
size
pieces
such
as
mini
 carrots
or
celery.
 
 4th
grade:

 Snacks,
such
as
go‐gurt,
popcorn,
chips,
pretzels,
goldfish,
fruit
cups
(all
 individually
packaged
please.)
 
 5th
grade:
 Paper
goods(napkins
and
small
plates)
and
candy

reduce
the
risk
to
children
with
airborne
peanut
allergies,

make
all
attempts
to
send
in
peanut
free
products.

DATES:

or
sooner,
all
non‐perishable
food
items,
decorations
or
prizes
 should
be
dropped
off
to
the
Fairview
collection
box.

Again,
we
ask
that
these
items
 be
sent
in
advance
of
the
event
so
that
if
additional
items
are
needed
we
have
time
 to
purchase
them.
 
 October
23rd,
after
3p.m.,
all
perishable
food
items
should
be
dropped
off
at
 Fairview.

Committee
members
will
be
at
school
from
3p.m
to
the
start
of
the
event
 accepting
food
items.
 
 “Goodie
Bag
Exchange”
 
 Each
ghost/goblin
attending
is
asked
to
bring
a
“goodie
bag”
the
night
of
the
event,
 to
exchange
with
the
other
ghosts/goblins.

Only
those
who
bring
a
“goodie
bag”
can
 participate
in
the
exchange.


 
 Please
note
that
food
items
will
be
in
the
hall
area
and
there
will
be
a
separate
room
 with
peanut
free
food
items.

All
food
is
to
be
consumed
in
the
designated
food
areas
 only.

Food
will
not
be
permitted
in
the
Owl’s
Nest.

The
Owl’s
Nest
will
be
where
the
 games
and
other
party
activities
are
held.
