The General Theme is for single/joint homes only. The Commercial Theme is for single/joint business and professional locations, including home occupations. Entrants must indicate in which theme they will participate. A plaque will be awarded to the winner of each theme. Only (1) plaque will be awarded for "joint" home or business participants. Judging will be on Monday, October 26, 2009. All participants must be prepared by 6:30 p.m. A judging schedule will not be announced. All entrants must be City of Gulfport residents or businesses. Each participant shall select one theme and so indicate above. Businesses are urged to participate. Applications MUST be submitted for participation and received by NOON, Monday, Oct. 26th. Judging will be done after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 26th. The judges' route schedule will not be announced. Plaques will be awarded to the winner of each theme. Winners will be announced in the Oct. 29th edition of the Gulfport Gabber. Winners will be recognized and presented their plaques at the Gulfport’s City Council meeting Tuesday, November 3rd at 7:00 p.m., located at 2401 53rd St. S. 5.
