Approval: This meet is held under approval of American Swimming Association. In granting this approval it is understood and agreed that American Swimming Association shall be free and held harmless from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event. Course Description:

Format is short course yards. 8 lanes. 5 to 12 feet depth. Continuous warm-up and warm-down areas will be available in the diving well. Deck is wheelchair accessible. The meet director reserves the right to set the course and schedule as needed to remain in compliance with ASA U. rules and to provide sufficient rest between events. Only coaches, officials, meet workers, and current ASA U. members are permitted in the deck area. Spectators are not allowed in the deck area without proof of current ASA U. membership. Each team will be assigned a deck area. Otherwise, all spectators must be in the stands. Automatic timing with manual backup and one stopwatch per lane. Each team will be required to time one lane. All holes will be filled by the host. All events will be swum as timed finals

Only ASA U. Member-Teams in good standing are eligible.

All entrants must be 2009 American Swimming Association University League registered members in good standing.

Membership: If you are not yet a 2009 ASA U. registered swimmer or team, complete your registration online at the “University” section on: www.americanswimmingassociation.com


Rules will be in accordance with ASA published rules. Complete rules can be found at www.americanswimmingassociation.com and will be available at the meet.

Relay Entries: Teams may submit two relay teams per relay event. Relay eligibility is in accordance with swimmer eligibility. Individual Entries:

Swimmers may enter up to 4 individual events. Additional events can be entered by paying a fee of $5.00 per added event. A time of NT will be accepted, seed times are preferred however.

0-20 swimmers entered $100.00 20+ swimmers enterd $150.00

Entry Deadline:

Entries must be received before midnight on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. No late entries will be accepted. Entry fees must be received by mail at the address above postmarked no later than October 16, 2009, OR brought to the meet. Invoices and receipts are available upon request. Entries limited by meet constraints. Complete and valid entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. No team will be split.

Relays: Warm-up:

All relays will be timed finals swum during the regular session. Swimmers must enter the water feet first from the edge of the pool with one hand in contact with the deck. The warm up period will be open. A warm up/warm down pool will be available for continuous warm up during the meet.
