Checklist
This checklist can be used to ensure that a company or small businesses completes all
necessary tasks for onboarding a new employee. Onboarding an employee can be a
confusing and tedious process. Checklists can help organize onboarding procedures
and ensure all required and recommended onboarding tasks have been completed. This
checklist ensures that the company has received proper paperwork; the employee has
signed an employment agreement, the employee has been trained, and more. This
checklist is ideal for small businesses that want to onboard a new employee.
                         EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION CHECKLIST

Employee Orientation Checklist is designed to document your receipt and review of our
orientation materials and our explanation to you of our procedures.

Discuss job expectations, standards, schedule, hours
