All entrants must illuminate their displays between 7 and 10pm during the advertised public viewing nights from Thursday 10 December through to Thursday 24 December 2009. Gold Coast City Council reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel an entry or entrant at its discretion. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their display is safe.
