Thesis "The Principle of the Equitable Remuneration for the Work and the Enterprise
Wage System" is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part
is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines basic terms, the subsequent
three chapters are dedicated to the three supporting topics of this work; wages, the
principle of the equitable remuneration for the work and enterprise wage system.
Chapter devoted to the wage explains the meaning and function of wages, further
chapter wage deals with the principles and forms of remuneration. The third chapter
discusses the principle of equitable remuneration from the perspective of Czech,
European and international legislation and deals with wage differentiation in terms of
the the principle of the equitable remuneration for the work. The last chapter of
theoretical part is devoted to the enterprise wage system. The practical part is
focused on the particular company operating on the Czech market. In the first two
chapters of the practical part is characterized chosen company. Following chapters
provides description and analysis of the current wage system , its evaluation and
concept of possible changes.
