Credit scores will make or break several
transactions, from loans to signings, a
persons credit score will highlight or
darken their history. Credit scores can be
impacted in a variety of ways, like the
time it takes to pay off credit cards, to
being tied to a person's financial history,
credit scores are used in many situations
that many of us will encounter
 throughout our life.
If someone were to find their credit
score, they would more than likely find
the service to provide a credit score is
usually pretty expensive in terms of time
 and payment.
Lucklily, some websites offer credit score
calculators through online, and for a free
 cost.
What Is The Credit Calculator?
 A credit calculator’s main function is to
tell its user their credit score, usually
offered as a free service through a
variety of websites. One sample of a
 credit calculator, offered through a
couple low traffic website, has questions,
almost like a survey to unlock the score.
 These questions will individualize the
results, giving you a more specific answer
that applies towards you, than a more
general answer applying to a range of
  people.
 These questions are usually simple,
however they hold within them more
personal answers that will provide an
overall credit score projection for you.
These questions range, as they are usually
different with each website, however they
are usually similar in their context.
Content With Calculators
 The content with credit calculators are
pretty standard in terms of other
 calculator content sites, both in
organization and the questions they ask.
A scale is usually provided on the host
websites, featuring a “high spectrum, or
good foundation”, and a “low spectrum,
or bad foundation”, these ranges will
usually place the credit score in a rated
 scale category.
The categories are usually split into five
zones, the zones being bad, poor, fair,
 good, and excellent.
With the “bad” area being a red in color,
with the positive area holding a green
color. The other 3 categories are placed
within them, either in a dark red, or light
green color. The one negative of credit
calculators, is most of the time an exact
score is not offered, but more what
 category you would fall in.
This is ok for some who just wonder if
their credit score falls in a good, overall
range, however those looking for an
exact score will more than likely be
 disappointed with using a calculator.
