   Utah 4-H (4-H) is part of Utah State University (USU)
   Utah State University is a nonprofit education and 501(c)(3) organization
   Utah 4-H falls under USU’s nonprofit 501(c)(3) umbrella
   4-H, as part of USU is covered by USU’s liability insurance
   4-H, as part of USU is included in USU’s IRS reporting
   4-H, as part of USU is covered by USU’s volunteer/employee benefits
   4-H sponsored activities are considered to be USU activities
   4-H members, volunteers, clubs or organizations are registered through 4-H/USU
   4-H clubs or groups can open 4-H/USU bank accounts in their local communities
   4-H bank accounts are part of USU’s financial portfolio
   4-H works with organizations that are not 4-H
   Organization that are not 4-H, often give or raise money for 4-H
   Organizations with their own nonprofit 501(c)(3), are not part of 4-H/USU
   Organizations that are not 4-H sometimes hold events which benefit 4-H
   4-H/USU is covered under the State of Utah Risk Management for liability
   Individuals or groups which are 4-H are covered under USU’s liability umbrella
   Equipment, materials or other real property given to 4-H becomes property of 4-H/USU
   Funds raised using the 4-H name or emblem belongs to 4-H/USU
   Funds which belong to 4-H should be deposited in a 4-H/USU account
   Funds raised by 4-H clubs should be deposited in a 4-H/USU account
   Funds raised by organizations for 4-H should be deposited in a 4-H/USU account
   All funds belonging to 4-H should be deposited into a 4-H/USU account
   USU handles the 4-H/USU account reporting for the IRS
   Organizations that are not 4-H do not enjoy the benefits of being under USU’s umbrella
   4-H affiliate organizations must have a signed MOU with 4-H in order to legally use the
    4-H Name and Emblem
