CAPA, A.S. - CONSULTING AGENCY CAPA a.s. was established in 1990 as a Czech corporation (by joining couple of groups of Czech specialists) with capital interest of Dutch consulting firm WHA from Utrecht; it focuses on consultancy in management, selection, preparation and training of managers and specialists. In 2006, CAPA group has branched out into two legal subjects: CAPA, a.s. and CAPA-ČR, s.r.o.  CAPA group has at its disposal a team of experienced consultants and lectors trained in international counselling courses; it utilizes home and abroad know-how adapted to local conditions.  CAPA group is a member of ASI (Advanced Solutions International) group operating in Australia, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, UK, USA. OUR WAY OF OPERATING  Consultancy style of CAPA group is characterized by a complex pro-client approach to organization combining goal-directed counselling with training and education of employees.  It is based on a teamwork in which all managing levels of the company and its specialists participate gradually with the intention to make run-up to control process changes and its realization effective.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT  In partnership with employees of the client, we always try to create a number of variant solutions which respect specificities and potential of the given organization.  We analyze the level of decisive characteristics of the organization, individuals and teams, and put together specific methodology of intervention to reach strategic goals.  In our activity we consider as key questions development, managing and use of human resources.  Our consultants are simultaneously top lectors.
