SUBJECT: Armed Robbery

TIME OCCURRED: 3:19 a.m.

On May 30, 2014, at approximately 3:19 a.m., San Bruno Police Sergeant Kevin
McMullan was on patrol when he encountered two subjects on the 500 block of El
Camino Real in San Bruno. Both subjects fled when they observed the police car, and
both subjects were detained following a short foot pursuit.

At the same time, officers were approached by a subject who reported that the two
subjects being detained by officers had robbed him at gunpoint moments prior to the
officers’ arrival. Subsequent investigation revealed the two subjects approached the
victim, one of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s money.
The victim complied, and Sergeant McMullan encountered the two suspects as they
were fleeing the scene.

Taken into custody and charged with armed robbery and conspiracy were Jose Alfredo
Aguila, a 20- year- old male from South San Francisco, and Juan Antonio Garcia, a 19-
year-old male from South San Francisco. A third suspect, 18-year-old Rosemary
Conception Wilson from San Mateo, was also taken into custody after she was found
waiting in a vehicle near the crime scene. All three suspects were booked at jail in
Redwood City.
