A warm welcome is extended to all interested people to the Friends’ annual Christmas book presentation to be held on Monday 9th November. Joe and Helen Sofra from Book City will be presenting books suitable for Christmas gifts. The General meeting is to be held at 5.30pm and will be followed by a Pizza Tea and the book presentation. Come along and join the Friends for a fun evening and get some great ideas for Christmas. Congratulations are extended to the new office bearers and committee members. The new President is Keppel Turnour and Vice President is Louise Doddrell. Bev Felton is continuing to offer wonderful service as Treasurer.

Author Talk Rachael Bermingham will be appearing and cooking up a storm at the Shepparton Library on Thursday 19th November at 2.00pm to 2.45pm. Don’t miss your chance to meet the dynamic co-author of Read my lips, 4 Ingredients cookbooks, and her newly released solo written book How to write your own book and make it a bestseller. Rachael will share some fabulous 4 ingredient treats, shed some light on how to save time and money and give some tips on how you can write your very own book and how to time manage so you fit it all in. Collins Bookseller Geoff Rhodes will be at the Library for those who wish to buy Rachael’s books.
