Private Dining over Christmas
Why not consider your own private party? Our range of private dining is suitable for small exclusive groups to a relaxed get together with family, friends or colleagues. For parties of 10 to 60 you can enjoy a Christmas Buffet, set lunch or a bespoke menu can be created by our Executive Chef to suit your own requirements. Private bar facilities can also be provided (Minimum numbers and room hire charges will apply)

T erms and Conditions
1. A deposit of £10.00 per person, or £25.00 for any accommodation package, is required within 10 days of making your provisional reservation to confirm your booking. Please enclose the completed booking form with your deposit 2. The deposit is non refundable and non transferable to other goods or services within the hotel. Please ensure your party are aware of this policy 3. Deposits must be paid within office hours of 8.30am till 6.00pm Monday to Friday. They can be made in person or over the telephone. Alternatively a cheque can be sent 4. All final balances are due by 20th November 5. The balance will be refunded with 3 full working days notice given of cancellation (The deposit is non-refundable). Monies for cancellations made after this time will not be refunded 6. All balances should be paid in full by the party organiser. Part payments by individual guests will not be accepted 7. All bookings made after the 20th November will only be accepted with full payment
