Transportation The easiest way to get from the airport to Trondheim is the airport express coach. The airport express coach leaves from outside of Værnes’ Terminal A and is marked ‘FLYBUSS’. Departure times from the airport correspond with flight arrivals and the coach will wait when flights are delayed. A one-way ticket cost 90 NOK (approx. 18 dollars), but you can buy a return ticket for 150 NOK (30 dollars). For more information on the airport express coach see http://www.flybussen.no/trondheim/index.asp?lang=ENG An alternative way to the city is taxi. You can find the taxi stands behind the coaches on the same strip outside Terminal A. The trip from the airport has a fixed price around 550 NOK (110 dollars), while the trip to the airport is 450 NOK (90 dollars). If you order in advance, you can get an airport taxi for 320 NOK (64 dollars). For more information, see http://www.trondertaxi.no/public.aspx?pageid=26991

Dinner We are planning a dinner Thursday evening at a local tapas restaurant. The faculty and department have offered to pay for the food; you only need to bring money for beverages. To make planning easier, please inform Jesper Petersen if you cannot attend the dinner or have special needs (vegetarian, allergies etc.).

Entertainment Friday evening The conference ends officially Friday evening around 16.30. The guests who expect to stay until Saturday could attend another talk on H.P. Lovecraft given by Didrik Søderlind at a local venue. The talk is in Norwegian and for laymen, but the party afterwards should be entertainment in itself.

Ms. Delivery and website Remember to deliver your paper by November 2nd 2009. We will attempt to make a minimalist conference website and upload the manuscripts there. More information will follow.
