Program Seeks to Raise $150,000 to Support Victims of Hurricane Katrina

NEW YORK, NY – Nov. 9, 2006 – Throughout this holiday season, whisky lovers can give and receive a unique holiday gift, while helping raise funds for a worthy cause through the Johnnie Walker Home for the Holidays Campaign. Through the program, for every personalized Johnnie Walker label ordered at

www.JohnnieWalkerGives.com, the makers of Johnnie Walker whisky will contribute $5 toward building new homes for displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

Starting November 9 and running through December 31, adults of legal purchase age can visit www.JohnnieWalkerGives.com to place orders for free Johnnie Walker personalized labels -- any of the five labels are available and can be customized according to consumer preferences. The labels affix directly onto any of the bottles. The makers of Johnnie Walker whisky have pledged up to $150,000 for this initiative, which will pay for the building of at least two new homes. Moreover, the website will track progress as the goal is attained, allowing consumers to check back to see how much has been raised and how they have helped contribute to this worthy cause.

Once a customized label order is placed, people will receive them in approximately 10 days; orders should be placed by December 13 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.
