I acknowledge that the registration form that I have filled in and returned via email or fax becomes valid only upon the completion of the terms of payment.
In case of cancellation by the participant, a full refund is not possible. However, in justified cases, the payment is transferable to another individual. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. For cancellations received before 1 June 2009, the full registration fee will be refunded less 10% retained for administrative costs. From 1 June to 1 August 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After 1 August 2009, no refunds will be made. If the Conference is cancelled by the organisation, only the registration fees will be refunded.
