Responsibilities:

Responsible for the provision of case management services to children, their biological families, and their
licensed or unlicensed caregivers. Case management services include planning, preparing and implementing a
permanency plan for the child directed toward reunification with birth family or, if reunification is not possible,
the termination of parental rights. Able to work flexible hours. Travel required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social or human behavioral science from an accredited school or as required
by child placing agency rules. Previous experience in services to families or children is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall development and maintenance of licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
Responsibilities include recruitment, preparation and training of these families, certification of foster homes and
maintenance of foster home licenses, according to procedures described in the certification manual.
Responsible for meeting the placement needs of children who are referred to the program. Travel required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or master’s degree in social or human behavioral science from an accredited school. At least two
years experience working in a child welfare setting or other human service setting is required.

Responsibilities:

This is a short-term, in-home, strength based solution-focused counseling, family preservation program for
children and families referred by DHS. Families have multiple problems and are in need of consistent and
ongoing services which will enable them to significantly improve family functioning. The Families Together
Building Solutions Worker will provide a wide range of moderately intensive, solution-focused services to the
family including a treatment group option. Services take place in the family home.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with a minimum of 1 year experience working in Child Welfare or with
families and children in the home.
