Dear Joe, We just wanted to let you know how happy we were with the job your team did for Daniels rehearsal dinner and reception. The flowers, linens and decorations were first rate. We received nothing but positive comments on the appearance of the set up. We received even more compliments about the food. In particular, we heard from at least four people we consider to be good cooks, all with experience in feeding large groups, and all felt the food was outstanding. One of these was Eddie’s ex-mother- in- law Eileen Stinson, who even wrote us later for doing the catering and to praise the food.
Natalia was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She handled many surprises including changes in specifications, variations in headcount, last minute venue stuff, and an indecisive bride. She dealt with all of this gracefully

Dear Joe, I personally want to thank you for the beautiful and perfect presentation of food and decorations of this past Sunday for my daughters baby shower at Gail Inda’s home. Your food was delicious, the pasta salad, stuffed chicken breast, crostini with beef and mustard caper sauce (especially yum to me) the stuffed roma tomatoes with spinach and ricotta cheese, beggars, purse with crab and cheese, and the tuna wraps. Dear Joe and Staff, I’m sorry this is so late but I want to tell you how fabulous Thanksgiving and my birthday was. To begin with Joe, that was so sweet to send me my own birthday cake and it, was so good. The flowers were also a beautiful surprise. You are so terrific. I know you hated putting the serving trays on the counter in the kitchen, but everything else looked great and it didn’t bother me at all. Believe me, my guests didn’t notice because all they could talk about was how good the food was. It was the best! My son, Todd, is a critic when it comes to food. He just couldn’t get over the fact that everything single thing was so good. And it was. I will probably never cook again for the “Holidays”. You made my birthday one of the best in years. Dear Joe, I can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciate the outstanding catering service you provided at our families recent get together. I will be frank with you in that I was very skeptical in using a catering service for two reasons: 1) many of our family members love to cook and are quite good at it, so we have never used caterers for a family event; and 2) although I attended many catered events, more often than not, the food is mediocre. Not so with Encore Catering. First of all, the presentation was just beautiful! You managed to turn simple dining and kitchen tables into elegant ones with the tasteful placement of greenery, a splendid variety of appetizing dishes served on lovely single and triple-tiered serving platters. Although there was lots of praise over how nice the presentation was, the real success was in everyone’s amazement at how delicious the food was. People were constantly approaching me and asking, “Now, this is so yummy, it has to be homemade.” It was fun to see their surprise when I responded,” No Catering made it.” Finally, your server did an excellent job. She was busily discreet as she kept our drinks full and the rooms clear of all used dishes.
I guess for our family, the highest compliment that we can give you is that everything was so wonderful it was like homemade only better. The meal was obviously prepared with lots of TLC and served with elegance. We will definitely tell our family and friends that you live up to your motto and certainly “exceeded our expectations”! Dear Encore, I was recently at a party that you catered at the Sorosis Club in Orange City and was very impressed with the food and the staff. They were very kind and courteous. They cleaned up so well we did not have to do anything! We are looking for someone to cater our Christmas party on the 11th of December?
