The Forum is organized by a group of Civil Society Organizations (the ECA NG Working Group) under the auspices of the EU Commission and the World Bank. The event is sponsored financially by a group of official donor agencies and private foundations: the Trust for Civil Society of Central and Eastern Europe, the Department for International Development (UK), the Euroasia Foundation, the EU Commission, Freedom House Europe, the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the United States Agency for International Development, the World Bank and the World Bank Institute.
