Finance controller for the nine Constituent Institutions apart from University Finance.
Institutes engaged in imparting education in the field of: Engineering, Management,
Computer Applications, Legal Studies, Education Techniques , Bio Medical Research,
Pharmacy, Visual & Performing Arts & Journalism and Mass Communications.
Job Responsibilities:
    1. Member of Finance Committee, Executive Committee of the University.
    2. Responsible for the entire Budget formulation and regular accounting.
         - Yearly financial projections, planning and forecasting.
         - Variance analysis by using proper standard costing method.
         - Consolidation of financial data and preparation of MIS before Board members
        after proper analysis & interpretations.
        -Management of Investment portfolio of the entire university.
        -Entire analysis of Financials in terms of Profitability, Projects evaluations based

        -Arrange for short & long term financial assistance for projects, may through

        -Control on fund movement through cash flow control & fund flow
        management.
        -Responsible for coordination with statutory Auditors.
    3. Heading Direct Taxation (TDS) department.
        - Being a D.D.O responsible for timely submissions of IT returns and Deposit of
            Tax to Govt a/c.
        - Responsible for e_filling of individual TDS,annual return within due
         - Responsible for different taxation issues applicable to University.
    4. Heading Payroll & terminal benefit department.
        - Responsible for timely processing of Salary.
        - Responsible for settlement of PF,Pension ,ESI,DLI ,Gratuity issues.
        - Responsible for liasoning with Regional PF office for smooth resolve of
            Retiral issues of employees.
        - Responsible for Submission of Statutory returns within due date .
   5. Heading Student fees matters.
      - Analysis & ascertaining of Cost of Educations and formulation of fees
         structure for different courses under University , placed before Fee Fixation
         Committee for final approval.
      - Control on due fees, minimization of default or receivable towards fees.
   6. Liasoning for Government funds.
      - Appraisal for fund eligible from Government under several initiatives both
         Central Govt & State Govt.
      - Liasoning for Several scholarship schemes of State & Central Government.
   7. Implementing Internal Auditing System.
      - Internal Control on all processes specially revenue generating points.
      - Innovations of Points of Risk and analysis of avoidable and non avoidable
         potion for proper Risk measurement.
