OfficeMax Inc., Sales Associate, Jacksonville, FL (5/2007 - 04/2008) My responsibilities as a Sales Asso. were to not only create a "relationship" with the customer, but when a sale was possible, i was to "Open, Build, and Close" the sale all while making sure the customer was satisfied so they would continue to shop with us.

McDonald's Corp., Manager, Jacksonville, FL (04/2008 - Current) As a Manager at McDonald's I have learned how to properly oversee and run a shift. To ensure the customers are happy, food must be made correctly, quickly and efficiently. Employee Labor Percentage must be maintained by sending home employees on time and/or giving their breaks. Overall as a Manager, I've learned how to run a successful fast-food establishment in the absence of the General Manager.
