Perjury, False Swearing, Official Misconduct, Conspiracy, Related Departmental
       Violations:

Officer Kozub purported to having been "harassed". This allegation was maintained
despite a lack of any tangible evidence, other than her verbal statements, which have now been
proven to be exceptionally unreliable and untruthful. In fact, her allegations of being harassed are
countered by tangible evidence to the contrary, most supplied by herself to County Investigators.

As stated in my cease and desist letter, Officer Kozub has some need to be portrayed as a
victim. Officer Kozub claimed to be continually harassed since the summer of 1998 and even
alleged being stalked. However, Officer Kozub's actions, not her words, conflict with such
claims. For example, if Officer Kozub's claims are to be believed, then why contact the "abuser"
to take ownership of the unwanted family pet dog? And if her claims to be "fearful" are to be
believed, why transport the dog, with her son in tow, to her "abusers" home in the woods? See
Exhibit 38

Also, as is evidenced by email between the complainant and Officer Kozub as recently as
January 1999, there is no evidence that communication between us was unwanted. In fact, as can
be seen in my email to Officer Kozub, not only do I state that I desire no contact, I cite trying to
go through two mutual friends. In Officer Kozub's closing, she made it clear that communication
was freely allowable without the slightest hint of "fear" and even states I could have called. This
behavior is not consistent someone who is being "harassed and in fear" as Officer Kozub
alleged? See Exhibit 39

Also worthy of mentioning is the complete lack of correspondence from Officer Kozub
which clearly and obviously existed.

There is a well kept secret that has been kept from most and it is exceptionally disturbing
and best evidence of who was being victimized in reality. Clearly Officer Kozub had not only
targeted me but my family was at risk.
Officer Kozub had issued complainants' brother a parking ticket on January 15, 1999. My
brother, now deceased had told me about this and as someone from a family of law enforcement,
knew what this act represented. While of course the summons may be valid, any experienced law
enforcement officer, including Officer Kozub, knows what a declaration of vindictiveness this
act was. See Exhibit 40
