   Assisted in 2 floor build-outs for 7 separate departments, each with unique requirements.
   Assisted conversion of desktop environment to custom Citrix platform.
   Assisted office conversion from a Nortel Meridian PBX phone system to a Cisco Unified IP phone
    system. Provided user support for both systems.
   Provided day to day help desk support for approximately 110 users and coordinated with New York help
    desks for various departments that had no on-site support. Supported private wealth investment traders
    and client analysts with in-house trade booking programs, market data applications, internal web client
    tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
   Traveled to regional Goldman offices to assist with coverage, build-outs, and upgrades. Offices
    include Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and
    Grand Cayman.
   Created and managed users in a Windows environment using Active Directory.
   Coordinated with local vendors for maintenance, installation and repairs of local office systems hardware.

    size of ntuser.dat.
