Banah Liquid Sugar Mojitos At Eats & Beats
Banah Sugar participated in the successful Eats & Beats event that took place from 7:30 p.m. till
Midnight on Saturday, February 22nd at the Moore Building located in Miami’s Design District at 4040 NE
2nd Avenue. The food and wine event showcased over 40 top restaurants, dessert stations, and spirits.
Banah Sugar was in booth #310 serving El Perfect Mojito and the two bartenders just couldn’t mix them
fast enough and the two barmaids couldn’t hand them out quickly enough for the crowd of
approximately 3,000. The cocktail features Banah Liquid Sugar as the sweetener – a pre-dissolved
alternative that ensures that the sweetness mixes evenly in any drink, and doesn’t sink to the bottom.
Along with the Mojitos, flyers were handed out containing El Perfect Mojito recipe for fans to enjoy at
1/4 cup Banah All-Natural Pure Cane Liquid Sugar
1/2 lime (juice)
4 mint leaves
2 parts white rum
1 part lime flavored soda
Sprig of mint leaf for garnish
In a large glass, gently press together the fresh mint leaves and the Banah Liquid Sugar. Add
the lime juice, rum and ice cubes. Add the soda and stir. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Once they tasted El Perfect Mojito, visitors to the booth inquired as to where the Banah Liquid Sugar in
the recipe could be purchased. It is currently available at Walmart, Winn Dixie, Sedano’s Supermarkets,
Presidente Supermarkets, and other independent markets.
BanahLiquid Sugar is produced in the Banah Sugar state-of-the-art warehouse and packaging plant
