A Massive iPhone Upgrade Cycle at Apple (AAPL)?
ISI Group believes Apple (AAPL, $529.34) is on the cusp of a major iPhone upgrade
cycle, saying it sees a lot of pent-up demand across the installed base for a larger
phone.

The firm expects Apple this summer to launch two larger-screen iPhones, driving an
EPS bump in 2H 2014.

ISI Group thinks the lack of a large-screen handset has been Apple’s biggest product
miscue in recent years; it believes a 5” form factor would spark a massive upgrade
cycle and trigger a migration wave over from Android.

ISI Group maintains its Apple price target of $600.
