training. Training customers and keeping them current on
the latest advancements in equipment and software is www.abb.us/abbuniversity
serious business.
As a result, Totalflow has developed two new options for
customers to receive training. In addition to the standard
classes, Totalflow has developed a remote training
program designed for customers to attend from their own
facilities. Customer attendance is handled through an
internet software participation program, downloaded free
to our customers, that permits attendance from up to 25
different locations with any number of participants at each
location.
Secondly, Totalflow has developed a self-paced training
video designed to provide comprehensive training for the
NGC (Natural Gas Chromatograph) product. With just
under eight (8) hours of video, broken into 28 topics,
students can move through the training one topic at a
time or jump to a specific topic for review.
Also in 2009, Totalflow developed a new training
segment, Production Automation. The response was
phenomenal. This class included instruction on several
popular methods for gas recovery including plunger lift,
soap launch and chemical injection. This class is offered
again in 2010.
General Information
Training is available to ABB Totalflow customers only.
These customers are end-users of ABB Totalflow products
and engineering or contracting firms legitimately acting on
behalf of an end-user of ABB Totalflow products. ABB
Totalflow reserves the right to decline training to anyone
who is not deemed to be an ABB Totalflow customer.

How it Works
A day or so prior to the scheduled class date, you will
receive an e-mail invitation containing: the FTP site and
download instructions for the Totalflow software simulator,
the internet meeting address, a telephone bridge number,
a password and a link to download the participant
program . This program is free to the participants and is
easily installed on any system.
On the day of class, just prior to start time, participant
locations are asked to log into the class insuring that
communication has been established. In some settings,
testing the system on a prior day will eliminate wasted
class time if troubleshooting an internet connection is
required.
During log in, customers will need to determine how they
wish to communicate questions to the instructor. Systems
containing a working microphone may participate via VoIP
