Satisfaction of Mortgage
This document is executed by a lender under a mortgage agreement after the borrower
has fully paid off the principal loan. Once this document is executed and recorded, the
borrower is released from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, and demands
in connection with the mortgage agreement. This document should be used by banks or
other lenders once a mortgage has been paid in full.

SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
