This Tax Deed is intended to be used in lieu of a court ordered sale of property to satisfy
a tax lien or tax debt. After the court orders a sale of property, a public sale is held
whereby the property is sold to the highest bidder. Customize the information of the
parties, the information of the property, the purchase price, and more. This deed can be
used by individuals or small businesses that want to buy or sell land pursuant to a court
ordered sale to satisfy a tax debt.
